Help identifying this sitcom - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi all, I'm new here and in desperate need of help (I bet that's not new). I have this partial memory that I'm sure is part of a scene from a sitcom, but I can't figure out which one.

Here's what I remember: we're in the middle of a scene, with 2-3 characters. One is a middle-aged, white, possibly fat man who is standing, mostly naked with something like a towel or a novelty diaper around his waist. I think he's somehow been tricked out of his clothes. There are 1-2 other people with him, probably sitting, and at least one of whom is a woman. The woman says something like "what's holding up that towel/diaper/whatever-it-is?," and the man yells "WILLPOWER!" in response. That's all I remember.

It's most likely from an 80s sitcom, but it could be late 70s or early 90s. There's a scene similar to this in Married With Children, but that's not it.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? Please help me identify that scene - this partial memory is like an itch deep in my brain and I'm getting closer and closer to scratching it with a screwdriver!

Thanks bonnie! Definitely nice to know I'm not being ignored, but I realize I'm asking a pretty specific question - maybe no one anywhere can answer it!

The scene sounds familiar but it could be from any number of sitcoms, are any of the actors familiar or currently alive?

musclehead and pkripper, you guys are my gods! I thought it might be Night Court, but I couldn't figure out any way to investigate. And I couldn't figure out why someone would need willpower to hold up a towel, and that got explained too. Anyway, I finally get a good night's sleep! THANK YOU.
