I have a question about the 1986 film The Money Pit: did Shelley Long (Anna) really practice the viola during filming for the playing in the scene that follows Tom Hanks's character (Walter) driving away in his red Corvette?

If that was indeed Shelley on the viola, then that is some hidden talent; but if not, then who was the violist that overdubbed Shelley's improvisations?
