it was addressed in the beginning of the next episode called "The Maestro"

At the end of the postponement George found out on TV that Elaine was jealous of him because he was getting married and that she called him a loser and then the episode ends

But in the beginning of the next episode.,Maestro, George confronts Elaine about it in the restaurant
