Syfy will honor the late Leonard Nimoy with a five-hour programming salute on March 1 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The marathon will start with his role in an episode of the original “Twilight Zone” series, followed by his arc on “Star Trek: The Next Generation.” It will conclude with the final “Star Trek” original cast movie, “Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country.”

The complete schedule is listed below:

9 a.m. “The Twilight Zone”: “A Quality of Mercy”

9:30 a.m. “Star Trek: The Next Generation”: “Unification: Part I”

10:30 a.m. “Star Trek: The Next Generation”: “Unification: Part 2”

11:30 a.m. “Star Trek 6: The Undiscovered Country”

I think they should have a STAR TREK marathon!!!!!!! (Best show he was on (ORIGINAL SERIES))

Agreed. These networks probably don't want to devote that much time to Trek with all the newer (higher rated) shows they have.

The "Sci-Fi" channel was great back in the 90's. Trek marathons and special editions - remember this?...

Now they show movies like "Sharknado"
