Season 1 of GMW should be released on DVD with a BMW episode as a bonus

That wouldn't make that much sense considering every episode of BMW is on DVD, and any BMW fans who would even buy GMW most likely would buy BMW.

But I was thinking that Disney should just give the DVD rights to Lionsgate, who released BMW. I would like to see Girl Meets World - The Complete First Season in a 3 disc set with seven episodes per disc, in their original production order, not the out-of-order way they air on Disney Channel.

Bonus features could be commentaries by Michael Jacobs, Rider Strong & the regular cast on some of the episodes, especially the holiday episode and the "Master Plan" episode, their also be a making-of featurette and audition tapes of the kids on the show.

That would be a really good DVD set and I'd totally buy it. Heck, I'd even buy the show on Blu-ray.

Sadly, none of this will happen due to Disney's reputation for not releasing their shows on DVD.
