Hey does anybody know who wrote the poem that Dorthy Jane reads in Almost Home, episode #4 "Is That All There Is?" It starts out: "Give me a kiss and too that kiss a score and to that score a hundred." Or if you can finish the rest of it that would be AWESOME.

I can't be sure that this is it, because I am not an expert when it comes to poetry. However, I do love the Torkelsons and Almost Home, so I am trying my best to help you out.
It sounds to me like a poem by Robert Herrick which goes... Give me a kiss, and to that kiss a score; Then to that twenty, add a hundred more; A thousand to that hundred; so kiss on To make that thousand up to a million. Treble that million, and when that is done, Let's kiss afresh, as when we first begun. Sorry, but I don't know what this poem is called. |
