Default Eve Plumb's New Hairstyle

Jan Brady was always known for her long, flowing locks, so I was shocked to see she cut off all her hair! Her short, cropped hair reminds me of Jaime Lee Curtis.
I realize Eve is not Jan Brady, and she is no longer a teenager, but when I see recent pictures of the cast I sometimes get a "reality-check" because I'm so used to seeing them forever young in reruns.
Time Marches On.
This picture was taken at an New York event in August 2014, so maybe it's grown back by now, unless she cut it again.

I would have never known it was her if you did not post her name.
I am shocked as well.

I understand that she wouldn't have her hair as long as when she was Jan, but she completely went TOO DRASTIC!!!! That is an Ellen DeGeneres cut! I don't think it is very becoming on Eve!

Cool

That haircut makes her look a lot like Alison Arngrim! (Nellie Oleson on Little House on the Prairie

Why, oh why do people insist on comparing actors to who they portrayed during their hey day? Comapring today's Eve Plumb to the 70's Jan Brady is not only ridiculous but it is obviously pathetic! These old actors cannot and will not remind us of who they once were because time is a brutal mistress. I would rather remember them as they once were rather than follow them into the old folks nursing home. I am so very sorry I clicked on this post!

I think she looks just fine. She has a very pretty face so it doesn't matter what kind of hairstyle she has. She looks good IMO.

We weren't saying anything about her age or anything. And saying she should stay as young and pretty looking as she was as a teenager. We were all just surprised that she cut her hair that short. And mentioning we didn't care for the very short hair on her. That's all. I think her face looks fine and she aged well, it's just the hair I don't like!

Max Baer had this to say about Donna Douglas,''She was Elly
May until the day she died'' So that is one example of true to form until the day she died at the age of 82.Eve should be about 20 years younger then Donna Douglas,so if Donna Douglas pulled if off 20 years more than Eve is now,is proof Eve can get her feminine look back,if she wants to.Time was not brutal on Donna Douglas. The choice Eve made to cut her hair is what was brutal.Hair will make or break the looks of any girl no matter how old they are.

You obviously didn't bother to read my entire post. Nobody is comparing her to Jan Brady. I specifically said: I realize Eve is not Jan Brady, and she is no longer a teenager."
You seem to be the one having a hard time dealing with old age. First you say, it's pathetic to compare her to Jan Brady, and then you say you would rather remember the old actors as they once were.
I'm so very sorry you clicked on this post, too.

Short hair or not, Eve looks really old in those two pictures. She hasn't aged well at all. She is 56, in those pictures she looks more like 76.

You are nuts!!! Eve does NOT look 76.
She looks like a normal woman in her late fifties broaching sixty.
Judgmental much?

Yes she DOES look 76. I have seen other women her age that don't look nearly as old and wrinkly as she does. If you want to be blind to the truth and believe otherwise, then go ahead. I don't care.

I agree!!! And again I'm going to say her face looks very nice, she looks very good for a woman in her 50's! NO WAY does she look like she is even in her 60's ( if 60's she looks really good) and 70's is just really ridiculous , no way does she look that old !!! I'm just not really into the short haircut on her, she has a pretty face and aged well, so come on people lets get past the short haircut. Eve is still an attractive woman!
