I saw this on Lifetime years ago. I'm wondering if this is in the "unofficial collection".

Old guy builds a flower box in the front yard and wife disappears. I think he disappeared also? My favorite segment, offhand.

Can anyone supply any more information (i.e. names) in order to revisit this mystery?

His name was Joe Owens. The segment originally aired on February 21, 1990. Two months later, his remains were found.
