Encore Classic and Encore Black January Changes

On January 1 both stations will be making some schedule changes.

Encore Classic
weekdays
5:00PM hour goes back to movies
6:00PM Murphy Brown 6:30PM Night Court- this hour will have the rotation that was in the 5PM hour.
7:00PM/8:00PM back-to-back episodes of Magnum, P.I.
9:00PM movie
After 9:00PM movie Murphy Brown and Night Court air what had been their rotation in the 7PM hour. Start times vary, between 10:30PM and 11:00PM for Murphy Brown and a half hour later for Night Court.
weekends
Saturdays 10:00AM/10:50AM 2 back-to-back episodes of Magnum, P.I.
Sundays 10:50PM Murphy Brown 11:20PM Night Court
The added weekend rotations all start with the pilot.

What's gone from weekdays: What's Happening!
6:00PM hour goes back to movies
7:00PM/7:30PM back-to-back episodes of Amen
8:00PM/8:30PM back-to-back episodes of Different Strokes
9:00PM/9:30PM back-to-back episodes of 227
Saturdays 8:00AM/8:30AM What's Happening!

I wish they'd add some new shows. I'm kinda getting tired of the current schedule. A little variety would be nice.

I'd like to see "Benson", "The Drew Carey Show", "Perfect Strangers", & "Empty Nest" added.

Agreed. Of the shows they air, I own the complete series of "Night Court" & "What's Happening!!" and seasons 1-4 of "Diff'rent Strokes" and seasons 1-2 of "Magnum, P.I.".

...and I've recorded seasons 2-10 of "Murphy Brown", seasons 2-5 of "227", seasons 5-8 of "Diff'rent Strokes", & the complete series of "Amen".

I'm ready for some new shows!
