Dennis Mitchell and Mr. Wilson (Dennis the Menace) on The Donna Reed Show
Bud Bundy (Married with Children) on Parker Lewis Can't Lose
Andy, Goober, Aunt Bea and Opie (The Andy Griffith Show) on Gomer Pyle USMC

And this one is sort of a tv crossover with Parker Lewis Can't Lose and Leave it to Beaver. Barbara Billingsley played Ms. Musso's mother and Jerry Mathers played her brother "Theodore". Plus Ken Osmond made an appearance.

The Beverly Hillbillies/Petticoat Junction/Green Acres: All the crossover episodes between these 3 shows are among some of my favorites.

Family Matters/Step by Step: Steve Urkel visited "Step by Step"

yea, I liked that one too. My mother hated it though; but then; she didn't like MAD ABOUT YOU.

I also liked the ones on the Paul Henning "rural comedies" from the 60s.

The Beverly Hillbillies/Petticoat Junction/Green Acres crossovers were my favourites. I have also seen the Donna Reed episode with Dennis The Menace. That's a great one too. Another one I like goes further back and is a little more obscure but it's also a great episode.

Before Dwayne Hickman starred as Dobie Gillis, he played Chuck MacDonald, Bob Cummings' nephew on "Love That Bob". After that series ended, he appeared on "Ozzie and Harriet" in the episode "The Kappa Sigma Party". He played a college friend of David Nelson who happens to be named Chuck MacDonald. It's implied that the character is the same person but no other mention is made of his family or where he came from. Despite this oversight, it's still fun to watch!

I loved the Petticoat Junction/Green Acres/ Beverly Hillbillies crossovers . Today they showed a crossover ep on Green Acres. Betty Jo and Bobbie Jo from Petticoat Junction guest starred. Eb was trying to get a date with Betty Jo. It was funny!

This is a more recent one. There was a crossover done between the original Law And Order and cop/murder investigation show Homicide: Life On The Street. It was a two parter. Where they started the storyline and plot on one show (Law And Order) and finished it up on an episode of Homicide: Life On The Street. So they had characters from Homicide on Law And Order and then vice versa. I think the chemistry between Jerry Orbach (Lenny Briscoe on Law And Order) and Richard Belzer, (who played Detective John Munch on Homicide: Life On The Street) is particularly good.

Ed.
