Default Why black America hates VH1’s “Sorority Sisters”

http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/...ority-sisters/

VH1 has “awakened a sleeping giant” by applying and dragging black Greek letter organizations "into the miry world of reality TV,” says Abby Phillip. There has been years of “quiet disapproval” over shows like “Basketball Wives” and “Love & Hip Hop,” she says, but “Sorority Sisters” has managed to "bring a simmering anger to a full boil.” As one anti-Sorority Sisters” organizer put it, "We’ve always been angry. This is just like the straw the broke the camel’s back."

Just what the world needs. Another reality show with black women arguing and fighting hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Basketball Wives and Love and Hip Hop are bad enough. I'm so tired of these reality shows with black women arguing and fighting. I don't wanna see that and I already know how black women are.

The thing that's sad about what I said about black women is that I love them but their attitudes piss me off and they're golddiggers. They don't wanna be with unemployed black men when they know how hard it is for black men to get jobs. They're so mean towards black men and they think all black men are the same. Most of them don't want good black men because they think they're soft and boring. So they date bad black men and then when bad black men treat them wrong, they complain that black men ain't no good as if all black men are the same LOL. I want a black woman but no black woman is gonna be with me because of the situation I'm in right now which is I don't have a full time job and I don't have my own place. I bet I could get a black woman if I was getting government money and I was given my own place by the housing authority for low income people LOL.

I'm with you. Black women are so demanding and I refuse to watch The Cosby Show again. The female portrayals were horrible.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you about the black women on The Cosby Show. I didn't have a problem with them. I liked Sabrina, Lisa, Tempest, Keisha, Phylicia's characters. I don't think they were mean women. Keisha might have been a little mean to Kenny when they were kids but as she got older, she wasn't that bad. I would love to have a wife like Phylicia or Lisa. Phylicia rarely had any arguments with Bill and that's good because most black women do argue with their husbands or boyfriends.

Reality shows with black women need to show them not arguing and fighting so much. I know that black women aren't gonna get along all the time but they need to be learning how to settle their differences in a calm way instead of arguing and fighting. When people see that, they think most black women are terrible and that's why reality shows need to show black women in a positive way instead of a negative way. It's bad enough black women get dissed all the time by black men and rappers. I've seen several videos on Youtube by black men dissing black women and I do agree with most of the stuff black men say about black women. But black men also need to take some of the blame for the reason why black women behave the way they do because a lot of black men cheat on black women and abuse them. Most black men don't take care of their kids and just because black men aren't with their baby mothers doesn't mean that you don't take care of your kids. Black men have the nerve to complain that they gotta pay child support and they wouldn't have to do that if they took care of their kids.

Sorry but you have to watch The Cosby Show again. Claire always has to be right all the time and thought she was better than her family. She was so perfect and she was mean to her kids and Bill. Tempest was likeable but Sabrina and Denise later joined the male bashing.

I'm gonna have to disagree with you about Phylicia and Lisa. I liked their characters and I wouldn't mind either one of them being my girlfriend or wife.

I changed my mind about black women. I hate them and I want a white woman LOL. Black women will never change because of their attitude and they love being golddiggers.

After doing some thinking about what I said about black women, I can't even lie. I've always been attracted to black women especially lightskin and brownskin women since I was a kid. It's just that sometimes I say I hate them because of their attitude and I've been rejected by a lot of them. But I can't force them to date me and like me. It's cool if they don't want me because i'll always love them. I've been intimate with several black women and I thank them for that. Most of them I had to pay for intimacy LOL.
