Does one exist? I don't just mean an episode list...I mean an episode guide with a description of each one. Can anyone recommend anything??

There's a good one in Television Comedy Series: An Episode Guide to 153 TV Sitcoms in Syndication (copyright 1983) by Joel Eisner & David Krinsky. It lists the writer, director, guest stars, and one line summary for all 112 episodes. Are you looking for information on a specific episode or guest star? I can look it up for you.

Wow - you can do that? Can you look up the episode where five students jointly pretend to be a sixth student, Joe Orez (zero spelled backwards), and each is Joe for one period during the day until they are caught?

There is an episode in "Room 222" where Alice Johnson (Karen Valentine) tutors an inner city child at his home, but she was being intimidated by his older brother who is a dropout. I want to try to find the video of that episode, but I don't know the name of it. If you can help me out with that, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks a lot. |

I run the Room 222 episode guide at TVTome and I have episode synopsis information for 74 episodes. To see which episodes I don't have detailed information for, go to http://www.tvtome.com/tvtome/servlet...167/season-all .
I've been trying to get this guide complete for almost two years now (I've been editor of the Room 222 guide since late 2002). Maybe some of you can help me fill in the gaps. -- Mike |

I just came across a description of an episode of “Room 222” today on eBay which goes like this...
This episode portrays the principal, Michael Constantine, struggling impotently against all the plagues that an American public high school principal still butts his head against, until he decides he can't take it anymore and plans a long-term sabbatical. (He decides to quit.) The need for a police presence on campus, the failure to pass a new bond issue that would find saxaphone lessons, etc. etc. Can anyone give me the name of the episode in question? I still run the episode guide at TVTome. -- Mike |
