I bought Norton Security and this version doesn't come with a CD. You have to go to the website and enter the product code. Anyways, I did this and I hit the agree and install button. It asked me if I wanted to run the program. I hit run and then a message pops up saying it couldn't be downloaded. When I bought the Norton 360 last year, it had a CD and it took less than 5 minutes to install. Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

if you paid for it then your best course of action would be to call them, do their online chat support or email them directly.
https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/...urrent/contact apparently you need to sign in with your Norton Account to download the product https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/info |

Hope you got this all squared away. I'll post my dilemma on this thread rather than start a new one. As you know I had a computer virus. Well I got that taken care of and they installed McAfee anti virus in my computer. Everything was going fine, until a couple days ago, now a popup is coming up in the right lower side of my screen saying my McAfee is outdated and I'm at risk of viruses. I clicked on to my McAfee software and it says it has been turned off or some sh*t like that! Anyway how can this be? It was less than a month ago I got this fixed and installed! I went to a very reputable known place to get this fixed. Should I call them or stop in and ask what is going on? Or is this just a weird common thing to happen? Has anyone else had this where you have a new antivirus and it's saying it's expired or turned off?
