Default Do you follow any particular diet?

I usually try to stick to an organic diet (non-GMO, Gluten-Free, non-Trans Fat), but sometimes, I break out of it.

Also, very rarely do I drink Coca-Cola and Pepsi Cola. And when I do, I drink the "Made in Mexico" kind (no Corn Syrup).

I was a vegetarian for 24 years but was experiencing health issues and massive migraine headaches and went back to eating meat in small amounts two years ago and am feeling right as rain...knock on wood..

I use the leslie sansone walking DVDs and they are great for a person like me with bad knees..I have dropped 20 pounds using them.

I do Yoga/Hot Yoga and Pilates and meditate it helps keep me centered and balanced and I have lost weight in hot yoga....

I am a junk food junkie and have been cutting down my junk eating...I also love diet coke and have cut myself down to one can a day and replaced it with bottled water...

As I have diabetes, I do my best to avoid sugar.

I guess there are different types of Diabetes. My friend has it and he has to eat a candy bar everyday. His sugar drops like crazy. He also has to give himself insulin shots everyday, and constantly check his blood sugar

I myself stay away from fatty foods. Foods that have been cooked in grease. I have a gallbladder that acts up sometimes, but I found it doesn't bother me if I stay away from that stuff. I eat allot of fresh with some bagged/frozen fruits and vegetables. most of the fresh fruit I eat are Avocados. Tomatoes Oranges peaches bananas. I won't eat them out of a can, the ones that are in a can, because they are not as good for u.

I eat Chicken breast allot and fish as fresh I can get it. Even at 52, I am still pretty healthy with a strong heart from what my Doctor says.

I was going to acting school for awhile but gained allot of weight and so I changed my profession. Besides acting wasn't working out. I now work my own business which is a hard job that keeps my weight down. Life for me is just about in order. But I have one more thing left to do that will make it complete.

Yes, there are different kinds of diabetes. While I can eat some sugar every day, I have to be careful about keeping my blood sugar down.

Well, I don't have to take insulin shots (yet). So far, I can get by if I only avoid sugar and take two pills a day.
