8 episode set to be released 3/10/15.

Wish this was news about season 4 instead of a best of release with episodes that true fans already own.

An insider at HomeTheaterForum has dropped a hint when someone lamented that Beverly and Petticoat were stalled. His response was a simple "au contraire".

Hopefully they will release season sets in 2015 for both "BH" and "PJ". These are 2 of my ultimate shows and I really want to own them.

I've never seen many of the later seasons of "PJ" so if they're released, it'll be a true treat.

I have all the color seasons [many uncut] from when TVLand aired them in 1996. S4 is the last truly good season. S5 is when the show starts to fall apart with Bea's absences and the focus on the newlyweds. Seasons 6 and 7 really have not much to offer, though I would buy them all.

^I also own a bootleg of the entire series that I got from a seller on ioffer but I really want official releases. The remastering they did on reason 3 was remarkable. I also agree that when Bea left, the show went downhill but it was still enjoyable.

I was so mad when I saw the notice for the "Family Favorites" dvd. I at first thought they were announcing Season 4. tlc: I hope your right about 2015!

I did the same thing. I got so excited when I got the email and then when I clicked on the link I was let down.

Now this has also been added by that same insider:

Expect them in the later part of the year. Of course things can always change but as of now it should happen.

He has to be talking about the later part of 2015 because 2014 is basically over now. That's a long wait but I'm sure it will be worth it once we get the new seasons on DVD!

It's so great that after all these years these classic shows are getting the release activity they should've gotten a long time ago. I guess good things are worth the wait!
