1.) He does not act like a real NFL team owner.

2.) He is too active!

3.) He creates an infrastructure on his own team in a bad way!

4.) He does not act like Jerry Jones nor Jack Kent Cooke types of owners!

5.) All his players and Coaches cannot stand him at all!

Irehtman, how many times I gotta tell you that if Dan Snyder was replaced, it's not gonna make them a better team. Dan isn't the problem why the team sucks. Their offensive line and defense sucks. I don't like Gruden benching Robert Griffin because Colt McCoy is no better as you can see from the last 2 games. They got shut out yesterday by the Rams 24-0 at home LOL. Before that, they got spanked by the Colts 49-27 LOL. I don't like how the Redskins treat black quarterbacks because look at how they got rid of Doug Williams and Jason Campbell. Doug won them a super bowl and look at how they did him. If they get rid of Robert, nothing is gonna change. If he does leave, I hope he has success somewhere else. Everything was all good when the Redskins won their division 2 years ago and they made the playoffs. Everybody in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC was loving Robert Griffin then. But now that the team sucks, Redskins fans don't like him and they want him gone.

RGIII Is not the only problem and neither is Dan S. But the whole entire team is. From the players, coaches, and management. As they are all to blame.

Not for long, isiahthomas.... Dan acts like a worser NFL team owner than Jack Kent Cooke and Dan does not act like a real NFL team owner in a cool way. Dan wanted money earned in an erratic way. Jack doesn't act erratic in wanting to earn money in his own way.

Any type of owner should never act erratic on earn money in hurry, otherwise their employees, player, coaches and etc will never feel relieve and they will mess up rather than succeed.

If you think Dan Snyder wanted to support RG3 fairly enough, then Dan should relax on supporting RG3 without making more problems!

Well Jack Kent Cooke, back then, is not as worse as Dan Snyder!

Jack earns money in cool way and he does not change coaches and player too often.

Dan want to earn money in a haphazardous way and he made the worse updates by changing too many coaches and players in haphazardous way.

Jack Kent Cooke is a real NFL team owner and Dan Snyder isn't!

The Redskins will NOT suck when Dan Snyder gets replaced ASAP!

Exactly how is he going to get replaced?

Roger Goodell cannot replace a team owner including Snyder. The only way would be for him to sell the team and I don't see that happening.

We are going to look for whoever that real NFL sports owner, who acts like a supervisor of all NFL team owners, and insist on replacing Dan Snyder with a new Redskins owner acting more of a Jack Kent Cooke type.

The Redskins will not suck with Dan's replacement and, of course, the Redskins will not get relocated at all!
