2 Questions about a short lived 1983/84 Sitcom - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

It only ran 13 episodes and it was with Ann Jillian called Jennifer Slept Here.

The Glenn Close movie "Maxie" from 1984 was based on Jack Finny's 1973 book Marions Wall. My question is, was this show the same premise as Maxie? I have never seen the show, but ran across it on IMDB by accident and red the story line of it. Jennifer Slept Here kinda sounds like the same premise as Maxie, or Marions Wall, or maby a slightly near same premise.

Question 2 for those who've seen it. Was this show any good?

Oh my gosh. I do remember this show. Jennifer was a ghost! I like Ann Jillian! I don't remember much more about it though. It was on such a short time and long ago. But from what I remember it was cool, a decent show.

Actually the title "Jennifer Slept Here" is pretty good for a good mystery/suspense/horror film.

Yeh DJM. I was looking on You Tube but all I found was the opening theme song. Kinda campy really lol

I'm thinking Jennifer slept here was kind of based on Jayne Mansfield maybe?
