If you were a police officer and you were faced with a suspect
who is wanted for armed robbery and murder, how would you handle handcuffing, searching and arresting the suspect... |

Since I've done this before...I would institute the felony stop procedure which is the last one. Have the person lay flat on the ground.

I'M SURE HE'D HAVE A GUN SINCE HE IS A MURDER SUSPECT...AND THERE HAS TO BE GOOD REASON BEHIND THAT. I'D GO WITH LAY FLAT ON THE GROUND, ARMS SPREAD. YEP...

No, but I used to work with the Sheriff's Department when I was in High School. I was in the Explorer Program which was for people interested in law enforcement. We did ride along's with the Sheriff's Department, helped with security at different things around town, and yes even helped arrest people. (I'm listed as an arresting officer on a BUNCH of reports.) It was alot of fun when I did it. We had competitions that we would go to every year in which we would compete against other Explorer Posts in different situations such as hostage negotiation, bank robery, domestic disturbance, traffic stops, and marksmenship. I'd do the first one - I'd like to see exactly where his hands and legs are at all times.
