Default THE GHOST & MRS. MUIR

who here remember this sitcom which ran from 1968-70 on either ABC or NBC-I forget which one.

I hadn't seen it in YEARS until I watched the pilot episode that someone uploaded onto You Tube along with a lot of other episodes of it. (all in excellent quality)

I very vaguely remember this. I know Hope Lange was in it, and Charles Nelson Reilly I think ? Other than that I don't remember much but I think it was on Friday nights? Wish they would bring it back. I'd love to check it out!

yes, Charles Nelson Reilly was in it and Edward Mulhare. Like I said someone posted a lot of episodes of it on You Tube if you'd like to see it.

And I think it was on either Friday or Saturday nights on either ABC or NBC.

Why on earth are you posting this here? Ghost & Mrs. Muir has its own heading in the 60s section.

Is it THAT big of a deal that you have to comment on it? Is there a way to have said the same thing without the resulting condescension?

Let the moderators worry about 'what should go where'.

To the OP, yes, this is one of the VERY first shows I have a dim memory of watching. It was just a light, fluffy, show with some good leads.

p.s. I want to say that it switched networks after one year but I am not sure.

You know this was one tv show I had never watched before until this year on youtube. I do remember it being on local syndication but I just never bothered. After seeing a few episodes, I like it. Once again, I've yet to see a bad 60's sitcom.

It was on FX in the mid 90s, he's probably thinking of that.

I would like to see Ghost & Mrs. Muir and Please Don't Eat The Daisies released on DVD. I would buy both shows. Love 60's sitcoms.
