BOOKMAN VIOLATED THE EVANS TENANTS RIGHTS

On the episode where bookman gave the Evans an eviction notice and brought some strangers to the Evans home to show the apartment, the apartment was not available yet because the evans would have to go to court first.....what right did Bookman have to bring those strangers, looking at the rooms and bathroom......BY LAW THE EVANS COULD HAVE DENIED ENTRANCE IF THEY WERE NOT SERVED WITH A VACATE THE PREMISES EVICTION NOTICE which is normally given a time frame to read and take action with THE CHICAGO HOUSING PROJECTS..the evans should have called the police or filed a complaint with the chicago projects, remember when michael stated to Florida, MOM ARE THERE LAWS.............:

I thought that was funny how those strangers off the street just came right into their home while the evans was standing around
