The tax lady was discovered by Arnold and he was upset that she spent the night. He wanted to know why she spent the night and in real life was 15 years old

Arnold was asking him did he LOVE her and didn't realize Mr. Drummond only invited her over to get that ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually Gary was 10 when the show but he was playing Arnold as an 8 year old so essentially he'd be playing a 13 year by the time that episode happened but still you're right, he did seem pretty naive not knowing why the tax lady spent the night.

When I was 13 I pretty much knew about the birds and the bees.
