ok i'll tell u this right now this wont exactly follow the way td going right now because i think i will have teddy in it

-at the division-

(camera shows jinnys empty desk than shows magda glancing from jinnys desk back to her paperwork)
(the cap comes out with someone)
cap:ok i would like u all to know this is a new officer raina washington
(few people go shake hands with her) (after everyone is seated again mag goes into kates office)
mag:cap
kate:yes
mag:(closes the door)did u hear jinny finally decided to go to rehab
kate:wow talk about a miracle but good for her.
mag:i know uh i just thought i'd clue you in
kate:thanks
(magda walks out and sits down at her desk)
cd:so how long has jinny been in rehab now?
mag:a week and a half they dont want me coming to visit or calling till they worked with her two weeks
cd:how much trouble do you think they're having with her?
mag:tell me about it.........wheres angela?
cd:i dont know shes late
mag:as jin would probably say first time for everything
cd:yeah....you miss her already dont you?
mag:i guess
(angela comes in with a huge smile on her face and walks right into the caps office without even saying hi to the others and closes the door)
cap:angela your late
angela:i know
kate:then why are you smiling?
angela:i'm pregnant
kate:really? how far along?
angela: a month and a half...thats what i need to talk to about
kate:we can give you light duty.......
angela:thats not it..... we're moving
kate:why
angela:we agreed that san fransisco is not the best place to raise a baby
kate:oh...
angela :but i'll still be here for a month or 2 depends on how fast we find a place
kate:ok...well(says with a smile) get out of here you have work to do
angela:(starts walking out)

kate:congratulations

(walks over to mag and cd)

(mags desk phone rings)
mag:hello? really...... that bad? ok i'll be over soon as i can(hangs up)
mag:that was jinnys rehab they said they are having alot of trouble with her and she wont get out of bed i'm going to ask the day off to see her

(mags just getting out of her car)
(walks in and up to the desk)
mag:jinny extead?
lady:oh yes we've been expecting you i'll take you there

(walking down the hall)

lady:here it is room 302 look before we go in i want to tell you whats going on she lays in her bed everyday under a blanket at night she watches some tv but thats it
(she sticks a key in) o yeah this room is extra secure because of her depression (unlocks the door opens it)
(MAGDA WALKS IN)

i'll leave ya hangin though i might post more tonight

jin(under her breath) thats cause i cant

jin:mag do you know why the tv and vcr in my room are stck into the walls?
mag:uh..
jin:so no one will hang themselves on it and you know what else i cant even have my belt because they are afraid of that you know you want to take a walk at 6:oo you cant its to late your locked in
mag:what if you have to use the bathroom?
jin:you press this button and a nurse which takes you into the bathroom and waits in the bathroom!
mag:i can see how that can be a pain......
jin:mag look at my walls they are padded! no pictures with glass in the frame
mag:well this would not have happened if you would have been better your first few days
jin:why your still locked in! now leave me alone(pulls the blanket over her head
