Stupid Episode: Willis trying to prove his dad's company doesn't hire black people - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

First of all wilis did not make a good impression during the interview because he

1. was rude to arnold in front of the interviewer

2. could not answer why he feels the company was great

3. Told the man that he accepts the job when he had not been offered yet

Willis only went out of his way to prove Mr. Drummond's company discriminated against blacks because of his stupid friend who cried racism because he had no skills lol

Willis behaved like a complete butthole in that episode. He had no right to fire that man who interviewed him. He thought just because he's the boss' son that it entitles him to fire anyone he wants. What a dick.
