Season 1 is getting rereleased by Mill Creek on 2/3/15.

And Shout Factory is releasing the complete series on March 17. I don't know why anyone would want this Mill Creek release.

I think the 1st season is a "gateway" season...someone may be willing to buy the 1st season, but not spend $100+ on the entire series, to see if they like it. Otherwise someone's only option would be to buy the complete series, which they might not want to do sight unseen. Maybe they are reissuing it to incorporate advertising for the complete box set, because otherwise it does seem redundant...

Makes sense that it's so cheap...some people will pick it up in the bargain bin, like it and decide to buy the entire series. I think for the rest of us, we are ready for the entire series!
