A Playboy bunny says Bill Cosby was hot on her tail after a Christmas Eve dinner with his family. Sarita Butterfield, now 59 and living in the Bronx, said the married Cosby came on to her in his Massachusetts home with his wife and their five kids in the house. “He pinned me against the corner in that guest house,” Butterfield told the Daily News about the Dec. 24, 1974, incident. “I said, ‘Your family’s here! What are doing?’ That didn’t faze him.” The curvaceous Butterfield became a bunny after an introduction from her friend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner. Cosby called after her appearance in the November 1977 magazine. “He was aggressive,” recalled Butterfield. “He didn’t rape me and he didn’t drug me, but he cornered me. It was so nasty, trying to get a quick kiss and touch my boobs.” Earlier, Butterfield said, she shared a meal with Cosby, wife Camille and their children after the comic extended an invitation through the magazine’s human resources department. Cosby paid for her flight from the city to Massachusetts, and sent a driver to the airport, she said. The then-22-year-old Butterfield had hoped the dinner might kick-start her nascent acting career instead of Cosby’s hormones. “I felt so cheap,” she recalled to the News. “I was young, and I felt totally dirty. I just felt like I wanted to be invisible, I was so ashamed.” She recalled Cosby as unruffled: “He masqueraded as a good father. He paraded me around his wife. |

Hmmm looks like she wanted fame in her own words. The then-22-year-old Butterfield had hoped the dinner might kick-start her nascent acting career instead of Cosby’s hormones. Read more: http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/...#ixzz3KTQI8t54 |

If you're using that as your truth barometer, you might as well go ahead and discount the stories of everyone in Hollywood who ever claimed they were assaulted. In fact, you might as well say that every woman who desired a career and claimed assault against someone is suspect. Seriously, that's not only unfair, it's completely illogical. |

She said she was looking for fame, she also said she wasn't raped didn't she. I could claim someone tried to kiss me whether they did or didn't.
Again this woman claims something but lacks proof of anything. I find it really odd that out of all these women not one can back up what they are saying. |

Look, I've read your posts vehemently defending Cosby in other threads, and it seems as if you work backwards from the premise that "Cosby is innocent" and you fit all the stories into that box, or at least you try to. Is he guilty? I don't know, and neither do you. But I think it's perfectly fair, and logical, to have some serious questions raised in your mind by all of these allegations. You keep talking about fame. What possible kind of fame could result from these women coming forward decades later? I haven't heard one book deal in the lot. I doubt they get paid much, if anything, for an internet news interview. And then weigh that against the risk of the stigma that will result from such claims. You've already done it, sorry to say, by casting aspersions as to their motivations. Why would they risk that type of criticism for, let's face it, basically nothing? And what about the former NBC facilities manager that came forward saying he'd paid women off for Cosby? Is he "in on it", too? NO ONE here is saying they would find him guilty if they were on a jury; that requires an overwhelming preponderance of evidence, and no one knows what they would do in such a situation. What we are, and should be, saying is that these stories raise grave questions and they should not be just tossed aside because it's uncomfortable to think that an icon could do such things. |

My point is most of the posters are saying Cosby is guilty, they can't prove it but yet he is guilty period. I am saying prove it or show one victim that can back it up and prove it. Really that isn't a hard thing to do if someone is guilty right, I mean no one can erase all evidence that something happened unless it didn't happen.
And at this point no one has even 1 thing to prove it do they. |

So can you even theorize about a situation where no physical proof was available and yet the stories are still true? Because otherwise you are literally saying that every single one of these women (and the man) are lying. That's a LOT of lying. Again you are working backward from the premise that Mr. Cosby could NEVER do these things. If a female friend of relative of yours would approach you with a story of being assaulted, would you seriously tell her that unless she could produce proof you would not believe her? |

![]() ![]() She's most likey get more sympathy if she were NOT galavanting aroung drunken high-rolling men in a bunny costume with a g-string the width of a thread. Perhaps if she wasn't contributing to the warped idea that sexy women are just men's playthings, maybe, just maybe someone sitting on a panel would take her cries of despair more seriously. Oh, and if she ever posed nude, IT'S A WRAP. |

Because if I thought you did, I would seriously question your sanity. No, no..wait. I know I will regret this but I must ask. Are you honestly saying that a woman who poses nude cannot, by definition, be a victim of rape? Yes or no. |

LOL@Cleverfun3000 always dissing women hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. He always makes me laugh. That's sad that Bill Cosby tried to kiss this woman and touch her breasts while his wife and kids were at his home. This type of behavior by Bill is typical with most men when it comes to women. Men don't know how to handle themselves whenever cute women are around. It's sad that most men don't respect women and they only look at them as sex objects. I'm very disappointed in Bill. I know these women that are accusing him is saying this stuff too late but I believe these situations with Bill did happen. It's messed up that his reputation is bad now and these women have made him look bad but he has himself to blame. He's a pervert like most men when it comes to meeting women. I bet he's been to a strip club before hahahahahahahahahaha.
