Sopranos episode "Army of One" original version
Does anyone have the original broadcast version of this episode? This is an interesting example because it's one of the few instances I can think of where a character was recast in later airings(Seinfeld is the only other example I can think of where that happened), in this case the character of FBI Agent Deborah Ciccerone was originally played by Fairuza Balk, but after the initial airing, Balk's schedule didn't allow her to return to the series as planned, so her character was then played by Lola Glaudini, and then Balk's scenes in Army of One were reshot with Lola and that's the version that's on all reruns and the video and online releases.
I was always curious to see how different Balk's take on the character was, so if anyone has this I would greatly appreciate it. |
