I'm watching this right now on Antenna TV and Anne Schedeen that played Jack's girlfriend in some early episodes plays the lady at the bank and this is the only time in this series when she wears spectacles.

Yeah it was a pretty common practice on many TV shows back then to have recurring guest stars to play a different character, its as if show producers didn't take into account on constant reruns that the viewer might catch on.
