Not a real date, maybe, but I think both of them were embarrassed because they were caught at using the dating service and because the dating service paired them up. Awkward.

LOL!! That happens on almost every sitcom that there is a dating service. Two people that already know each other well get matched up!!!

Janet was pissed off because she was expecting an exciting date, based on the build up she was given, but she ended up with Jack (who she never considered dating material).

Yeah if the dating service was free I might think like that! But in the back of my mind I might be like Oh sh*t , did they really match me up with him!!!

Or if I was all horny expecting a new guy I might be really pi**ed off!!!
