It is about middle aged man who worked at some sort of factory and he disappeared.

There was speculation that he was put in the incinerator.

I have been trying to find this episode, but can't recall his name.

Being that Kerstetter has never been found, it would have to be Bocks.

Bocks is the one who cannot be buried because his remains are too toxic to be placed into the ground....
