It is about middle aged man who worked at some sort of factory and he disappeared.
There was speculation that he was put in the incinerator. I have been trying to find this episode, but can't recall his name. Thanks! |

You're probably thinking of Dale Kerstetter who worked at a platinum plant.
http://unsolvedmysteries.wikia.com/wiki/Dale_Kerstetter You can actually watch the episode via this link. If not, then you're thinking of Dave Bocks. This link does not feature the episode, but it does have a description. http://unsolvedmysteries.wikia.com/wiki/Dave_Bocks |

Which of them was the one where the coworker saw a leg in the incinerator but the supervisor said it was too much trouble to shut it off?

Bocks is the one who cannot be buried because his remains are too toxic to be placed into the ground....
