I thought I'd start a thread where we can post about the NBA!
Well the Lakers are off to a rip roaring start! NOT!!!!! Three games so far, and lost all three! Lakers aren't the team they were back in the day!

I LOVE Basketball and IMO, the Western Conference is more competitive than the Eastern Conference
The only ones that I like are the Chicago Bulls and the Washington Wizards, I wanna see the Charlotte Hornets get BACK into the playoff picture I also like the Atlanta Hawks and also, the Toronto Raptors made the playoffs last year, let's see if they're gonna do it again |

Basketball is fun to watch. I like how quick it is. Points being scored by the minute. I love football, but sometimes it takes so long to get anything going. Same with baseball and soccer. Basketball is so quick and action filled. I like the Chicago Bulls. Back in the Michael Jordan days they were so awesome! They have the Lakers Pau Gasol now. Hope he does well over there. Seems like he was getting burned out playing for the Lakers!

I love NBA basketball. I'm from Cleveland. So I hope the Cavs do well this season. I watched them play the Bulls Friday and that was a good game. I thought the Cavs were gonna lose in the 4th quarter near the end because they were playing bad. The game went into overtime and they played very well. Their defense got better in overtime and Lebron and Tristan Thompson made some baskets. Tristan got a offensive rebound and dunked on Taj Gibson or Joakim Noah and it was a nasty dunk. Tristan played very well. He had a lot of offensive and defensive rebounds. I think he also had 14 points. Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love did good too. I see the Lakers are doing bad and I'm not surprised. Kobe doesn't have that many good teammates. I see they lost last night to the Warriors 127-104. I think Kobe had 28 points. Atlanta Hawks I don't think will make the playoffs. Charlotte and Toronto probably will make the playoffs. Lance Stephenson is stupid for going to Charlotte. He should've stayed with Indiana. I feel bad for Indiana because I expected them to be in the playoffs but Paul George is out for the season. David West got hurt recently. Indiana did beat Atlanta Friday.
I live in Maryland. So I watch the Washington Wizards sometimes. I saw them last night against Milwaukee and the Wizards won. Paul Pierce is with the Wizards and he got ejected last night because he was arguing with the referee about a call. Paul needs to stop doing that dumb stuff. As long as he's been in the league, he should know better than to argue with the refs. Just play ball and stop complaining about calls you think are bad. |

The Cavs should do well again with LeBron James back! I saw the end of that Bulls/Cavs game Friday waiting for the Lakers game to start. Yeah, the Lakers lost yet again last night against the Warriors. They just keep getting worse and worse after they were so good in 2009 and 2010 being the champions. I remember Paul Pierce when he was with the Celtics, back when they played the Lakers in the 2008 and 2010 finals , those were the days!

Joakim Noah dissed my hometown Cleveland, Ohio saying that it's nothing to do there. He said you never hear anybody saying I'm gonna go to Cleveland for a vacation LOL. He said Cleveland has a lot of factories. He's right about that but most of the factories have closed and moved overseas. San Antonio and Houston play on TNT tonight and that should be a good game. Houston is undefeated.

![]() I'm not real big on hockey either, it's OK!! I like when the fights breakout! That's fun, makes it exciting!! It was cool when the LA Kings went to the finals and became Stanley cup champions a couple times lately ! That's the only time I really got into hockey, rooting for the home team !!

I vote 1-Football 2-Basketball 3-Baseball 4-Hockey No soccer or boxing on the list? I would put them below Football and Basketball too! I grew up with Football, Baseball and Boxing! My Dad and Brother loved them! Than with my first husband Football and Basketball ! My current husband loves soccer (Futbol) as it's called in his country, Football and boxing. Basketball a little, not as much as I like it though! ! And I like soccer pretty much only if it's the World cup! Boxing was cool back in the day with Joe Frazier, Muhammad Ali ,George Foreman etc. Now I could take it or leave it!
