ever pulled a muscle? i was racing down the stairs yesterday after school (racing my friend) and i tripped and fell down like 4 steps..lol..no one was there to see it..thank god. but i think i pulled a muscle. how long does it hurt for? omg...i've forgotten what pain felt like.

Heh, good point. I've pulled them Jazz-ing, Lyrical-ing, Ballet-ing, and best of all, I've pulled them Pointe-ing.

I've also pulled them swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tripping, and [get ready for this] I've also pulled one playing Backgammon.

Mostly of mine weren't serious muscles, mostly only tiny hamstrings and legaments in my legs. I heal fast, so they weren't bad. Keep ice on it, and keep it elevated. If it's bad, keep off of it for a few days.

O...yea...definitely!! Afta 8 years of dancin...it is rare to wake up the next morning without pulled muscles. O...O...O...and in field hockey...can u say, "serious pain"? Then there is always weight training in gym...

yah all the time usually cuz i never really streach well enough before hockey and pull one in my leg so im always like limping round school the next few days

I've pulled so many muscles over the course of my life that it isn't even funny! The worst time was when I went skiiing with my school when I was about 15. They had these evil little ski lifts that were just basically wee handle bars attached to this pulley-thing and you just had to grab on and let it drag you up the slope. I pulled muscles in both shoulders and I could hardly move my arms for weeks!
How long it takes to heal depends on how bad the injury is. My dad pulled a muscle in his leg chasing the neighbours cat outta the garden one time and he was hobbling around for months afterwards. I actually found that pretty funny cos I told him to leave that cat alone and he wouldn't listen to me. He hates that cat and I bring it into the house all the time now just to pi$$ my dad off!!

My dad absolutely hates wee Pookie!!
