Question The Hub or Fox Family

Which would be family/kid oriented channel had the most potential of being a true or serious competitor to the "Big 3" (Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, and Cartoon Network) and what would you have done to ensure their long term survivals?

For those who don't remember Fox Family (the immediate forerunner to ABC Family):

You are aware that Fox Family (when it became ABC Family at least) aired Step by Step too!?

I didn't have cable when FOX Family was around but would like to see their State of Grace original series.

Oh No

I went with The HUB. At least with FOX Family, it kept almost everything when it went to ABC Family.

The Hub just dumped its sitcoms and just left some shows to be on Discovery Family...which I still call Discovery Kids!
