Replacing Steve Burton on GH? I think he's doing a good job, he even has similar facial expressions as Burton's Jason Morgan.

I was totally against this recast (35 year viewer) until the plastic surgery bit, Billy is a fine actor, and though the character can't remember his past, in the episode aired 10/27/14 he and his former and future love Elizabeth made a "King of the world" joke.

With plastic surgery your whole personality wouldn't change, if he remembers the movie "Titanic" then he would remember/know that ones personality doesn't change as the character of Jason Morgan was a brooding, seldom shown any emotion and never made a joke in his life to anyone.

He barely smiled with own wife Sam! The only sensitivity he ever showed was when alone with baby Michael.

He sort of has that brooding personality when he was talking to Carly.

He has done really good work in the past on AMC and Y&R. He is a great actor. And IMHO, Jason is one character that could use a good rewrite or two, so I'm all for it.
