I don't there's anything wrong about putting that Super Bowl site in Saint Louis.

Why would think that there is some fraudulent about that dome?

It is a big dome with a wide range field and you can run around on it.

It is like Minnesota's former Metrodome type, Indianapolis' Lucas Oil Stadium type and also Atlanta's Georgia Dome type.

So that's no problem!
