Default Kate, Farrah and Jackie on the Captain and Tennille show

Super rare. Silly skit, but very interesting to see the girls all together on a music/comedy variety show. I guess they were too late for Sonny and Cher.

I forgot how pretty Toni Tennille was. I love her southern accent.

That was great Mood Ring! Thanks for sharing it. Too much sax and violins! TV sure was fun back then. I liked Kate's accent in this one. It was nice seeing the ladies together outside of the show.

Fun, but silly. That was the 70's. I lived though it

Kate's southern accent would slip now and then. All the original Angels were from the South... Kate was from Alabama and Farrah and Jaclyn were from Texas. As you familiarize yourself with the show, you'll notice that Kate was pretty good at doing many different accents and dialects.

Here is a picture of the Angels on this show, but they are wearing different outfits from the ones in the video. I don't know if it was from the same show or not...

I liked Kate's Bronx accent in "Angels at Sea." She was really funny in that. I had trouble tuning in Cozi last week to watch. I wish the station were a part of my cable package, like MeTV. Hopefully, I'll get better reception this week.

Very cool!!! The captain and Tenille , wow that takes me back!!

Kate and Toni have such silky straight pretty hair. Looks like they flat iron it. But I don't think they had straightening irons back than?

Cozi's format is strange too. It doesn't cover the whole screen! And Like Little Ricky 2 says on the Here's Lucy thread, they go to commercials at bad times and cut too much out!

But it is better than nothing if we want to see our old shows that METV and Antenna don't show. Hope you can get good reception, Gidgetgrape!

I think the format is Sony's fault. I bought an episode from Amazon Instant Video and the picture was in a small box in the middle of my TV screen. Most of the screen was black. I have other TV show episodes and they look normal.

Definitely. I don't know about Toni, but Kate has naturally straight hair. I remember during the heyday of Charlie's Angles, my neighborhood buddies would ogle over Farrah and Jackie's hair. I always thought Kate had the most beautiful hair, in both color and texture. Kids in the neighborhood thought I was weird because I liked Sabrina more than the others.

Regarding Toni... about 10 years ago I was traveling on business and I bumped into her in a supermarket in Reno Nevada. No one else there seemed to know who she was, she had large sunglasses on, but I recognized her immediately. I talked to her for a few minutes, she was very gracious and friendly. I remember being surprised at how tall she was.

You noticed that too?... I hate that.
