I'm trying to identify a sitcom episode from late 50's/early 60's that still stands out in my mind, where a family's kids made and sold homemade toothpaste and got a visit from some authority figures who told them that they had to stop for some reason. The main characters were a family (I thought leave it to beaver, but was corrected). Jog any memories? Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. I'm feelin' more late 50s' origination. It sticks in my head because the lesson learned by the kids is roughly that of corporate brand development and consumerism. (as I recall it) Even at the time I remember thinking -what? Course, I coulda been hallucinating. Thanks!
