Yes he does. Tommy grown up in the later seasons!!!
 I was watching the Eagles play tonight and noticing how Nick Foles looks just like Tommy. Like they could be brothers!!!  |

Yes there is quite a resemblance between the two. Phillip could be his father. I have a friend who has a nephew who also looks like both of them. he is in between the ages of both.
