Why So Inconsistent On Demand? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

A lot of Murphy Brown episodes are available on demand but a lot aren't. Why isn't the whole series available like Night Court? There are several episodes I've missed when they aired that I haven't been able to see yet.

I was looking for them the other day and couldn't find them. I have Fios. What service do you have?
