I have T-mobile and upgraded my blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy back on 8/10 and was told that all blackberry users who made the upgrade will get a $200 Gift Card within 8 weeks
So in the past 2 months I noticed there was no gift card in my mailbox so I decided to go to the T-Mobile store and find out what happened. It turns out that the sneaky ass guy who helped with the Upgrade never told me that i have to MAIL BACK something in 30 days in order to get upgrade. So I don't get any gift card. I also made the mistake of making plans with the gift card before I received it which was dumb. The plan was to get the Jeffersons DVD with the card but that is not going to happen now. A small part of me wants to get up on Sunday Morning and go to the T-mobile store because that's when that guy works and go down and beat the sh*T out of him. But of course I can't do that since I am used to having freedom lol This will be out of my system in a few days. |

Sorry to hear that TVFactFan, T-Mobile is famous for doing this kind of thing. My friends had them and had nothing but headaches.
