Although Chrissy was a young beautiful woman, her dating pool was very, very small because she was not the type of girl to put out after a date or two. Obviously word got around town that a guy would have to be damn near ENGAGED to Chrissy before he could expect sex from her on a regular basis. Most guys who are not looking for a serious commitment would steer clear of a woman like Chrissy when there are millions and millions of women who look just as good and BETTER than Chrissy giving up sex at the drop of a hat. The fact that her father was a priest didn't help her social life either.

The version of Chrissy from season 1 would never have given this guy the time or day, by dumbing her down in later seasons actually made Chrissy more approachable.

I agree completely! Early-series Chrissy would have been way more skeptical about this guy.
