Default Discovery Family (formerly The Hub) wrote me back about Step By Step.......

Dear Viewer:

Thank you for contacting Discovery Communications. We sincerely appreciate
you sharing your thoughts and concerns with us about the transition of The
Hub Network to Discovery Family Channel.

As of October 13, The Hub Network will officially become Discovery Family
Channel. While the network name is changing, Discovery Family Channel will
continue to air some of the Hub’s most popular programming including MY
LITTLE PONY, LITTLEST PET SHOP and TRANSFORMER’S RESCUE BOTS as well as a
line-up of brand new series during the daytime hours from Hasbro Studios.
Discovery Family Channel will also include additional high-quality,
real-world content that the entire family can enjoy during the primetime
hours. Some of those programs include SUPERHUMAN, TIME WARP, FLYING WILD
ALASKA, AFRICA and EXTREME ENGINEERING: BIGGEST REVEALS.

Please know that comments such as yours are very important to us. Each and
every comment is forwarded to our programming executives for review and
consideration.

Sincerely,

Viewer Relations
Discovery Communications

i still hold on to a small amount of hope that they'll keep their classic shows (i.e. Step By Step, Blossom) on re-run after prime time!

I know I mean for a thirtysomething to like Transformers is ok, but liking My Little Pony too, then this guy is deeply disturbed.

I, for one will miss being able to watch SBS on TV. I have the complete series on DVD recorded from ABC Family but the quality isn't great at all. Hopefully another network will start airing it again.

Well even newer generations that are just discovering the show can tell it's pretty forgettable.

The lack of any DVD season sets is proof enough.
