I believe the key and definitive word here was"kinky." Kink is perversion. So much so that rather than describe kinky acts, it's best for me to just say Furley has a right to make clear his stand on kink and kinky acts.

Unless it's in the lease, I don't think anyone has the right to tell ppl what they can and can't do (kinky or not) in their home. As long as it's private and not bothering other ppl, how would you ever police that? Like Mace said, Larry was the worst of anyone....I think he hinted that he had a three-way with twins at one point.

Technically, it depends on the housing laws in your city or state. But honestly, if you're paying your rent on time, not creating loud noise or scaring the horses, what businesses it of the landlord.

well I for one think that Furley was right to NIP IT IN THE BUD - it was a fairly respectable neighborhood, you don't want any of that kinky stuff going on in there.
