Chips renamed Chmeps

This cracked me up. I saw a promo for Chips on METV and it said "We all know that CHP stands for California Highway Patrol. But what does the I stand for?" Than it went onto say" I has the same meaning as me , so why isn't it called Chmeps?"

It struck me funny!!!

I noticed that Me-TV changed the Chips commercial that called Larry Wilcox the "blonde one." Now the announcer says Larry Wilcox and Erik Estrada. I'm glad because I thought the "blonde one" was a little disrespectful.

Yeah. I noticed they did that too. Eric and Larry had a rivalry going on and some bad feelings between them as it is , and for METV to sort of egg it on in Erik's favor was kind of mean to Larry!

Im just glad they didn't go any further by calling Grossie "the fat one" or Harlan "the short one".
