Question Please, answer!

Hi, dear CIC fans!
I want to know whether you can tell me where the actors from the show are now. I'd be thankful if you told me( if you know, of course)

Default of course

of course I know where Alexander Polinsky (Adam Powell) is today. He's 28 years old and living in Burbank, California, where he is currently a movie items replica maker- for example, he made replicas of the mask from "The Mask". But he also does acting jobs here and there when he's offered. Like he made radio commercialds for Bubble Yum and Foot Locker. And he was the voice of the character "Bob Higgins" on the popular animated tv show, "Roughnecks: Starship Troopers", which was only recently canceled (I have all of those episodes on tape-- I love his voice!) And he had another movie that came out October 2001 called "The Perfect Fit", which was a black comedy (comedy with murder). It got nothing but good reviews! He also annually attends an Art Expo (I forgot where), where he exhibits some of his own art-- yes, he's an artist, too! People seem to really love his art. He also annually attends the Roughnecks convention for Roughnecks fans to meet the voice actors.

Default Where are they now?

well, i realize this question was asked quite some time ago, but i'm new to the board so i thought i'd answer anyway....

i can tell you where sandra kerns (ellen powell) is and what she's doing. she is my mom's best friend since they were kids so i occassionally see her and talk to her. she's living in california with her husband and 2 kids. now that her kids are growing up, she has started to get back into "the business." she recently did some stunt work on a movie (i'm not sure of the title) where they needed an experienced woman sailer to do some stunt scenes. her husband is a stunt man so that's kinda how she got into that. she's also doing some acting on stage and has written a few plays. she's doing great!

Talking Hi, Sairy21

Hello, Sairy21, this is Maria.
Well, I think that it's so cool that you know someone from the show. And I've got some questions. Has Sandra Kerns ever told you about her work in CIC, about what she liked or didn't like there, about her relations with the actors and so on? I'm sssoooo curious about all that!!!

hi, maria! well, she talked about them a little. of course, me being a teenager and thinking scott baio was soo cute i always used to bug her to get me an autographed picture of him, or anyone on the show. but she always said, "oh, they just do stuff to their picture like draw in mustaches or something if i give them one to autograph." so i never got one. i did get one from her from the "facts of life" gang though. anyway, i guess she kinda felt weird bugging them about an autograph for her friend's kid, you know? sandy really enjoyed being on the show and really enjoyed working with all the other cast members. but even though she loved it, she really wanted to raise her children and have them live a "normal" life. that's mostly why she wasn't on a lot of the episodes. she pretty much quit acting to raise her kids. i think that she still talks to josie (sarah) occassionally...i think i heard her mention that once. but i don't really know about the others. she didn't ever really want to talk about the show all that much. not because she didn't enjoy it, but i think because when she was visiting us she wanted to talk to my mom about other stuff and not have to feel like she was some sort of celebrity or something. i do know that she enjoyed working with all of them a lot and i think they all pretty much got along. it's so funny, because i never really thought to ask her any of those questions because she was always just "sandy" to me. it never really even occurred to me as a kid that she would know a lot of inside stuff about a tv show because she worked on it! LOL now i wish i had asked her more questions! i haven't seen her in a while since we live so far apart. she was going to come home for my wedding last july but it ended up that she couldn't make it. she did send us a nice set of sheets though! LOL

on a side note...some of the info about her on the sitcomsonline.com page is wrong. it says that she is a sister of donna and some other name i don't remember. i don't know where they got that info. but that's not true. i tried to tell them but i'm not sure where i send a message to!

There is no such info on any Sitcoms Online.com page I've created, can you be more specific as to where you saw that?

Perhaps you are thinking about her entry at the Internet Movie Database?
