"NCIS: New Orleans" Opens Strong

The Big Easy drew a big audience. "NCIS: New Orleans" bowed to 17.1 million viewers and a 2.5 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic Tuesday, just a tad below mothership "NCIS", which earned 18 million and a 2.9.

"New Orleans", however, was down 17 percent from "NCIS: Los Angeles'" performance in the timeslot last year.
