And to add insult to injury, it's the Steve Harvey tapings...

You'd think a retro station would at least air the Richard Dawson/Ray Combs tapings...

This is screwed up programming. I like Steve Harvey but I can't stand him as host of FF and it doesn't belong on TV Land at all.

TV Land isn't a retro channel, they announced years ago that was in the past but they'd continue to give us a few offerings of the classic shows.

My thoughts as far as them adding Family Feud, NOTHING they do shocks me which is why I stopped watching them years ago.

True.

My comment was sort of tongue-in-cheek, referencing the fact that they were launched as a retro TV channel yet they have eliminated most of their retro broadcasting, and now they want to add this on top of it.

It's sort of like how "The Learning Channel" offers absolutely no programming in which you're actually learning something...

TV Land started out great with classic shows & retro commercials. It use to be one of my favorite channels, but they ruined it a long time ago just like the SYFY channel did.

The Steve Harvey episodes of Family Feud perform extremely well in both syndication and on GSN. You may not like the program, but it'll likely perform quite well for TV Land as well.

I agree! At one time TLC was pretty good. I can even remember when National Geographic channel was educational. It seems almost all channels have turned to crap.

I absolutely agree! Most networks have gone way south.

Are you kidding me??!! Family Feud??!! Where did you find this information? Well, remember when Dancing with the Stars was on GSN? How long did that last? Adding insult to more injury. You mean they can't show ANY shows, classic or even recent, except for Family Feud??!! PATHETIC!!!

The "perform extremely well" part may be true, but it does not belong on TV Land, and I hope it performs poorly on that channel, no matter how well it preforms on any other channel. There's no excuse for this. Personally, I may like the program, but I'm not gonna watch it on TV Land.

I'd rather put reruns of Desperate Housewives on TV Land than the current Steve Harvey-hosted Family Feud.

Maybe the problem is that anyone here still watches TV Land?

True! I couldn't help but watch Roseanne late night, which is how I found out about TVLand showing Family Feud this month.

We're coming up on the eighth anniversary (September 30) of my decision to quit subscribing to Pay-TV. I haven't missed it at all. I was paying $65.00 a month when I "cut the cord" a little over three months later. Today it would cost me $139.00 a month to subscribe to the same service I had in 2006. And from what I've seen the service has only gotten worse.

I have much better things to to do than watch shoddy "unscripted" TV shows and mind-numbing amounts of advertising. How much longer will the madness known as Pay-TV last? Raising prices combined with lower quality eventually leads to ruination. A house divided against itself CANNOT STAND.
