Default I just started watching Walker Texas Ranger for the first time

Now that it is on TV Land I have been tuning in. I never had watched it while it was on network TV.I didn't think I would be interested. But I really like it! I like the characters and the relationship and eventual marriage of Walker and Alex. But most of all I love the theme song! I wish it was longer

I love Walker Texas Ranger. I used to watch it when it was on CBS. I think WGN shows it now sometimes too. Since Halloween's coming up soon, you should watch the episode "The Children Of Halloween". It's really good. Also, there was a spinoff titled "Sons Of Thunder" that starred the characters of Trent Malloy and Carlos (I think were their names). They were in the last seasons.

An interesting piece of trivia you may not be familiar with:

The famous "Eyes of the Ranger" song was not "Walker's" original theme.

I believe the 1st season used this instrumental piece.

I watched it when it originally aired on Saturday nights. I liked it from the beginning. It was like one-half of a Chuck Norris movie every week! Can't get much better than that.

I think the show was well done... writing, acting, production, etc. I don't know why it has such a low rating on the IMDB. It also did well in the ratings each week.

My mom used to watch Walker Texas Ranger when it aired on CBS and she liked it because Walker would have fun adventures and be really tough. I would always watch Walker Texas Ranger with my mom too and I thought the fight scenes in every episode were so cool and CBS really knew what they were doing when they cast Chuck Norris in the role of Cordell Walker. And it's a shame that CBS decided to end Walker Texas Ranger because as popular as the show was CBS could've given it more seasons to see more of Walker's adventures. Mom and I still love to watch Walker Texas Ranger on INSP Channel because it's such an awesome show
