Austin Butler To Recur on "Arrow"
"Arrow" Targets a New Romance for Thea

Now that Arrow is turning the beat around on Willa Holland's reformed bad girl Thea Queen, it's time for Malcolm Merlyn's offspring to get back to her shadier ways and start making some bad decisions again. The first one is taking the form of "The Carrie Diaries'" Austin Butler, who is set to appear in Season 3 as Chase, as a "charismatic DJ whose talent and wiles catch the attention" of Ollie's half-sister, according to The CW. Butler's role is recurring for now, but even so, it sounds like he'll be around enough to cause trouble for Roy (Colton Haynes), since the network's official description also adds that Thea and Chase's relationship will quickly go from professional to boom-chicka-wow-wow.
