Laverne & Shirley had many wintery episodes showing the girls bundled up in their jackets coming in from being out in the snow.

I'm not sure of the episode titles but "Newhart" had many because it was located in Vermont.

Roseanne - Roseanne and Jackie take Crystal out to a bar for a girls' night out to cheer Crystal up after her boyfriend dumped her, and Dan stays home with the kids while a snowstorm hits Lanford.

Are You Being Served? "Cold Comfort" - The store turns off the heat to save money while a cold snap is going on and the employees try to do their jobs while freezing.

Golden Girls - On a rainy day, Blanche, Rose and Dorothy stay home while Sophia goes out and they talk about how she has nothing to fulfill her life but we see Sophia at the supermarket, volunteering at a hospital and spending time with friends.

Designing Women - The tornado episode. One of the funniest shows they ever did.

A couple of "Home Improvement" episodes such as "Baby, It's Cold Outside", "You're Driving me Crazy", and "Some Like It Hot Rod" (Though there's some mentions about Christmas...it ISN'T a Christmas episode)!
