I was driving home from the grocery store when I first heard about Diana's accident on my car radio. I was so shocked I almost drove off the road! Rest in Peace Princess Diana.

I remember hearing that she died. It was sad. I was in 12th grade.

It doesn't seem that it could possibly be that long ago when Diana passed...

Many contributed to her death, rushing out for the latest instalment of the Charles,Diana and Camilla trilogy in the tabloid press just as Victorians in their day had their appetites for sensationalism quenched with their lurid penny Dreadfuls. This led to Diana dispensing with her State security guards as she sought the privacy she was never granted during her lifetime, and the remainder of the story we all know.

It seems like yesterday. I just knew she died before they announced it. I told my husband and my mother that if she was having life-saving surgery, a hospital spokesperson would be giving a press conference in front of the hospital. They had to get her sons and family together. Her death was just so sad. I wonder how her life would have been had she lived. She'd be over the moon over Prince George. That baby is so adorable.
